The British Prep School signed a five-year lease for a 5,600-sfend cap, now being finished out, to become the new anchor for acenter on the road to repositioning, Shawn Ackerman withDallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial's Houston office, tellsGlobeSt.com. He says the six-year-old center, with a quoted rate of$18 per sf, is undergoing a reshuffling of the tenant mix.

The renewals came from Olim & Associates, a dental group in2,800 sf, and Cinco Nails, which fills 1,000 sf. Both signedfive-year leases, according to Ackerman who along with Jason Gainesin the brokerage house's local office, handled thenegotiations.

Green Trails Plaza Ltd. of Midland, TX, owns the asset, whichhas 3,750 open in two spaces. Ackerman says the spaces haveattracted tenants, who are now reviewing the deal.
