MIAMI-Zeno Properties has purchased a local 52,335-sf industrial building it has called home for $2.2 million. The price equates to nearly $42.04 per sf. Kattan/Henry Inc. was the seller of the building, located at 3300 N.W. 114th St., a few blocks south of the Gratigney Expressway.The property was fully leased to Zeno Properties at the time of the sale. Features of the property, built in 1972, include a twin-T roof, heavy power and six-dock doors.Joel A. Kattan of Sperry Van Ness, a commercial real estate investment firm based in Irvine, CA, represented Kattan/Henry in the transaction, while Zeno Properties represented itself. According to Kattan, the market was right for the sale. “In today’s market, industrial properties make a strong investment,” Kattan says in a statement. “This was a very attractive, high-quality property in a great location.
