Final plans for the project are now being reviewed by the city,Kroger says, with project completion expect by spring 2005.Ramco-Gershenson says parking lot improvements and lightingupgrades will accompany the expansion and renovation of thesupermarket.

"During our due diligence period prior to acquiring LivoniaPlaza, we discussed with Kroger the possibility of expanding thesupermarket," says president and chief executive officer DennisGershenson. "Thus, at the time we purchased the centerapproximately one year ago, we were aware of this value-addedopportunity. It is a credit to our management team that they wereable to move so quickly. This new agreement with Kroger willimprove the shopping center's rental stream and also the asset'soverall value."

Livonia Plaza is located on the south side of Five Mile Roadjust east of Merriman Road in Livonia. In addition to Kroger, theshopping center is anchored by TJ Maxx in 23,800 sf.
