AERAS Global TB VaccineFoundation's take is 15,100 sf, Fairfield Residential and NationalOpinion Research Center have about 5,000 sf, and Johnson Lambertand Co. has 3,000 sf.

Carr Real Estate vice chairman Steven N. Bralower attributespart of the high interest in the building to "customer response tothe recent full-scale renovation." Clark Enterprise subsidiary, theClark Construction Group Inc. is also a tenant in the building.
