Bill Goeke, Weingarten's new VP, has ended a 16-year run with PMRealty Group, most recently serving as senior vice president ofcorporate services. He also did stints as director of the centraldivision and regional vice president as well as regional managerfor a PM Realty affiliate, Capital Realty Services Inc. "We wishhim luck," says Doug Little, PM Realty's senior vice president anddirector.
The 24-year professional is filling a Weingarten position that'sbeen open for two years, according to a spokeswoman. "My goal is toprovide leadership in property management and look for ways to addvalue," Goeke tells GlobeSt.com about assuming the top job for a337-property, 45.1-million-sf portfolio in 20 states. Theresponsibilities include security and property marketing.
