In Union County, the two properties that changed hands were bothin the city of Elizabeth--the 20-unit 311 Chilton St., a gardencomplex built back in the 1960s, and the four-story, 24-unit 415Westminster Ave. Sweetwood sold the latter property for the secondtime, with the sellers deciding to move the building "because of anew tax affecting individual partners, and to realize a largeappreciation on their original investment."

In Hudson County, meanwhile, Sweetwood repped both the sellerand the buyer of the 15-unit, four-story building at 2677 KennedyBlvd. in Jersey City. And two buildings were sold in Essex County,the 34-unit Vermont Gardens at 357 Vermont Ave. in Irvington, andthe 34-unit 32 Elmwood Ave., also in Irvington.
