Beth Maggitti of Wayne, PA-based GVA Smith Mack representedCommunity Care. Taylor Young, VP of Conshohocken, PA-based BeaconCommercial Real Estate, represented the owner in negotiations forall three new tenants and was the sole broker in the other twotransactions.
Falcon Consulting Group leases 2,445 sf on the third floor. Itwill relocate from offices in Glenmoore, PA in July. Pamas and Co.takes 1,510 sf on the first floor of the building and is relocatingfrom space in Kimberton, PA this month.
