The area had a positive absorption of nearly 87,000 sf so farthis year.

Sapient Corp., a business consulting and technology servicesfirm, is moving back to the building with a four-year, 28,000-sflease for space on the fourth floor. The company is relocating tothe building from One Memorial Dr. Richards Barry & Joycerepresented Sapient in the transaction while Paradigm Propertiesrepresented the building.

ProfitLogic, a locally based provider of analytical solutions toretail corporations, expanded and extended its lease for 22,604 sfof space on the third floor of the building. Richards Barry &Joyce represented ProfitLogic in the transaction, while ParadigmProperties represented IBUS.
