He andKevin Hodges, also with Cresa, represented AmREIT, which was in themarket several months reviewing options in the Greenway Plazasubmarket.
AmREIT last week moved from the eighth floor of the 15-story,255,305-sf building, owned by Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd. ofFort Worth. The 4.3-million-sf Greenway Plaza is 86% leased, withthe quoted rent standing at $19 per sf. Warren Savery wasCrescent's in-house representative for the talks.
