BILLERICA, MA-Fulfillment America is leasing 120,000 sf at 17 Progress Rd. The company, a national e-commerce and marketing support service provider, will occupy the entire stand-alone building.

Fulfillment is subleasing the space from Brooks Automation, a Chelmsford, MA-based international supplier of hardware and software products for the semiconductor industry. The deal represents an expansion and relocation for Fulfillment which is moving from One Burlington Ave. in Wilmington, MA Lease rates for this deal were not available, but space in Billerica goes for between $8 to $12 per sf.

Clifford Hurley of Cresa Partners Boston represented Brooks Automation in the transaction, while Sam Oddo of Oddo Inc. represented Fulfillment America. The space will serve as Fulfillment’s corporate office and production facility. “We selected this site because of its first-class image in a ‘high cube’ building. This accommodates our growth and production needs,” says John Barry Sr., president of the company.
