Fulfillment is subleasing the space from Brooks Automation, aChelmsford, MA-based international supplier of hardware andsoftware products for the semiconductor industry. The dealrepresents an expansion and relocation for Fulfillment which ismoving from One Burlington Ave. in Wilmington, MA Lease rates forthis deal were not available, but space in Billerica goes forbetween $8 to $12 per sf.
Clifford Hurley of Cresa Partners Boston represented BrooksAutomation in the transaction, while Sam Oddo of Oddo Inc.represented Fulfillment America. The space will serve asFulfillment's corporate office and production facility. "Weselected this site because of its first-class image in a 'highcube' building. This accommodates our growth and production needs,"says John Barry Sr., president of the company.
