Arizin will focus on office owners and tenants in Chester andDelaware counties. Devine will be responsible for office clients ineastern Montgomery County and southern Bucks County.
Arizin comes from the New York office of USI Real EstateAdvisors. Prior to his USI post, he worked in New York for EdwardS. Gordon Co. When Insignia acquired ESG, his five-man team movedto G&E in New York. In 2000, he formed his own Internetcompany, which he left for USI four years later.
Devine joined the Wells Fargo sales team in 1989 and later heldpositions with its predecessors: Bell Atlantic, Finova, Greentreeand Conseco. In his last position, he focused on the officeequipment, telecommunications, information technology, automotiveand security markets.
