The tenant's broker says the Kingston, PA-basedcompany is leasing about the same amount of warehouse space in amove to a 92,262-sf structure.

The new location, with a quoted rate of 32 cents per sf, is 10%office finish and the balance in a warehouse layout. The North FreewayBusiness Center is a rail-served, office/warehouse project on 8.6acres in Billingsley's 1.1-million-sf industrial portfolio inHouston.
