In the largest deal, Hospice of Metro Denver leased 23,092 sf ina transaction handled by Phil Ruschmeyer and Bill Maher of theFrederick Ross Co.

In addition, the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corp. took 6,275 sf.The company was represented by Dan McGowan of the Sabbath Co. MaximHealthcare leased 3,030 sf and was represented by David Schmidt ofthe Schmidt Group. Also, Irwin & Boesen PC, expanded into 2,311sf. The smallest lease was signed by Kennedy-Ferguson, whichrenewed its 1,715-sf space.

CMD was represented by Matt Gautreau and Nick Pavlakovich ofCushman and Wakefield of Colorado.
