The building, when completed, will house two automotivesuppliers, TDS US and Exel, which will perform logistics and somelight manufacturing projects at the site. The companies supplyDaimlerChrysler. The park is accessible from Interstate 94 and isbeing developed by CenTra, a Warren-based trucking firm that alsoowns the Ambassador Bridge, the Michigan Central Depot and otherproperties in and around the city.

The building now under construction is phase one of the park,which has room for about another half-dozen buildings, depending ontheir sizes. There is no timetable in place for the nexttenant.

The Detroit Economic Growth Corp. and the Michigan EconomicGrowth Corp. are supporting the project, according to the city,with MEGC provided a $3.5-million grant to help finance theproject.
