Franchisee Joann Dugan, operating as Curvaceous Inc.,sealed the deal with Phoenix-based Westcor Realty LP, now asubsidiary of the Macerich Co. of Santa Monica, CA, for inlinespace at 12005 N. Tatum Blvd. Dugan operates three centers in metroPhoenix and two in Wisconsin for the Waco, TX-based CurvesInternational Inc.

Raguse says Village Crossroads, with rents averaging $25.30triple net, is the 12th Curves lease he's negotiated in recentmonths. The newest inline location is in a 187,336-sf centersituated across the street from the 1.3-million-sf Paradise ValleyMall. The fitness center joins a lineup that includes BurlingtonCoat Factory, Gateway Country and Outback Steakhouse. Raguserepresented the tenant. Westcor was self-represented.
