Executive vice presidents Charles Fern and Joel Lubin ofBinswanger/Klatskin put the deal together. The duo, which haschalked up more than four million sf in transactions over the pastyear, head the local office of the Teterboro, NJ-baseBinswanger/Klatskin. Terms of the signing have not beendisclosed.

"Automatic Distribution Services chose the facility based on itslocation in one of the state's most prominent industrial markets,"according to Fern. "Its close proximity to many of the state'smajor highways perfectly meets our client's operational needs."

The building, which is owned by the Mack Co., is located justoff of I-287 here. The space had been on the market for just over ayear.
