In one deal, Lindburgers signed a lease for 2,400 sf of spacefor 10 years. In the other lease, Juniors Pizza and Subs inked adeal for 1,328 sf for five years. Two other leases at CatalinaCentre are set to expire within six months, Tulepan says; however,he could not disclose the names of the companies whose leases areup for expiration. Currently, Best Buy and Marshalls are the anchortenants at Catalina Centre. Other tenants include Cold StoneCreamery, EB Games, Macaroni Grill and McDonald's.

A partnership controlled by Roberts Equities Inc. of New Yorkrecently acquired Catalina Centre from New York-based Investcorpfor more than $19.2 million.
