The New York-based partners involved in 233 S. Wacker LLC boughtthe 110-story, 3.5-million-sf West Loop office tower from MetLifeearlier this year in an $835-million deal. Trizec Properties, Inc.,which once was in line to assume ownership of the building, hadbeen managing the property for MetLife but was replaced by CBRichard Ellis upon closing.
