Sagar, who has 12 years' experience in the real estate industry,will be responsible for leasing and brokerage assignments inBroward and Palm Beach counties. He will be based out of Grubb& Ellis' local office. Jonathan Kingsley, executive vicepresident and managing director of Grubb & Ellis, says Sagarwill be an important part of the company's institutional and localclient business.
Most recently, Sagar was a senior associate with Trammell CrowCo., where he handled the leasing of class A office and industrialproperties. Before Trammell Crow, he worked for CB Richard Ellis.His past clients have included major institutional investors suchas TIAA-CREF, GE Capital Real Estate, Metropolitan Life InsuranceCo. and Invesco Realty Advisors.
