Steve Italiano, SVP for industrial property in the area officeof CB Richard Ellis, is marketing the complex. He says it has twofree-standing office and two industrial structures. One buildingcontains 3,800 sf of office space; another has 4,000 sf of shoparea with a drive-in door than can be converted for tailgate dockloading, and the other two buildings contain a combination ofoffice/residential areas along with space for vehicleservicing.

The combination, according to Italiano, allows for managementand administrative functions within a light industrial, service ordistribution complex. The property has easy access to I 95 andRtes. 1 and 202.
