Waltham,MA-based Epoch is a privately held owner and operator of assistedliving and long-term care facilities in nine states. Prior tojoining Epoch, Gerber was president and CEO of the Berkshire Group,president and CEO and director of Berkshire Realty Co., chairman ofBerkshire Mortgage Finance Co., director of Cunningham GraphicsInternational, and a director and member of the executive committeeof Harborside Healthcare.
In a separate action, Kramont shareholders ratified BDO SeidmanLLP as the trust's independent public accountants for the fiscalyear ending Dec. 31, 2004. Louis P. Meshon Sr. is chairman and CEOof Kramont.
