New York City-based Infinity's new office and broadcastingfacility will house 325 employees and five of the company's sevenLos Angeles stations: KCBS-93.1 FM, KFWB-980 AM, KLSX-97.1 FM,KNX-1070 AM and KTWV-94.7 FM. Those five stations will consolidateand relocate from various locations in West Los Angeles, CulverCity and the Hollywood area. Infinity's other local stations,KROQ-106.7 FM and KRTH-101.1 FM, will remain at their currentlocations on Venice Boulevard and Melrose Avenue, respectively.

The lease places Infinity and its leading stations in the heartof the Los Angeles media district, and the building Infinity willoccupy features a direct line of sight to Mount Wilson, notes JerrySnyder, senior principal with JH Snyder Co. Infinity will occupythe second and third floors of the building, which features arooftop helipad.

The 27-story, 438,000-sf 5670 Wilshire Blvd. building wasdeveloped by a Snyder venture and was designed by the NadelPartnership. Its other tenants include media, architectural andservice firms as well as Singapore Airlines, California FederalBank and others.
