Comcast SportsNet Chicago will carry White Sox, Cubs, Bulls andBlackhawks games, picking up coverage now handled by a currenttenant of 350 N. Orleans St., Fox Sports Net Chicago. The regionalsports network already is operating in temporary space at 350 N.Orleans St., with a studio operating in Oak Brook. Renovations tothe 40,000 sf are expected to be complete by April, when allSportsNet Chicago offices, studios and technical facilities willmove to 350 N. Orleans St.
Although terms were not disclosed, published gross lease ratesat 350 N. Orleans St. begin at $24 per sf.
