The complex, which is expected to draw from a marketencompassing Passaic County, northern Bergen County and adjacentareas of Upstate New York, is being built campus-style around theexisting Sheraton Crossroads Hotel, a 228-key facility, and theCrossroads Corporate Center. The cost of developing the center hasnot been announced.

Of the total space, some 400,000 sf will be occupied by thecenter's anchor tenants, including Home Depot, Wal-Mart, TJ Maxxand Home Goods. Total parking capacity will be in the 3,400-carrange.

Located at the interchange of I-287 and Route 17, the centerwill have a draw of about 150,000 people within a five-mile radius,according to Garden Commercial Properties' studies.
