The building, which is owned and managed by Equity OfficeProperties, totals more than 352,000 sf of office space and islocated on nearly two acres on the riverfront. J. Duncan Gratton ofEquity Office represented the company in the negotiations.
The building is now nearly 80% occupied. Lease rates for thisdeal were not available, but the average asking rent for space inthe building ranges from $29 to $36 per sf.
