He was the sole agent in the AlloySurfaces transaction. Last year his office negotiated a 10-yearlease in the building for Germany-based Steinbeis in a transactionvalued at more than $7 million.

Alloy, a subsidiary of UK-based Chemring Group, makes aircraftdecoys of a proprietary material for military forces worldwide. Itwill commence operations here next month. Meanwhile, CBRE ismarketing between 30 to 40 acres in the industrial complex forconstruction of up to 400,000 sf of custom office/industrialstructures on a build-to-suit basis.
