Noble Vista will be located on 53 acres on the Northbridge townline. Of the 150 units, 120 are designated for those age 55 andover. As a requirement of the Local Initiative Program, 38 of theunits will be sold at below-market prices of $150,000 for the 19two-bedrooms and $158,000 for the 19 three-bedroom units.

"Upton, as a result of their approval of Noble Vista," saysKeith Munsell, Noble Vista, LLC, the project's developer, "will beone step closer to surpassing the minimum state standard foraffordable housing."

The project will be constructed in four phases. In addition tothe affordable units, there will be 56 two-bedroom units ranging insize from 1,542 to 1,740 sf which are expected to sell between$300,000 and $330,000. There will also be 56 three-bedroom unitsranging from 1,800 to 1,930 sf and these are expected to sellbetween $333,000 and $350,000.
