Heitman's Central Europe Property Fund II bought a 550,000-sflogistics park in Warsaw. The four buildings of warehouse andoffice space were built within the last four years.
Two properties in France totalling 500,000 sf were bought forHeitman's $360-million Crescent Euro Industrial II joint venture.The single-tenant buildings are leased long-term and located northof Central Paris and in Lomme. Crescent Euro Industrial II jointventure also bought a 300,000-sf logistics park in Bologna, Italy,100% occupied on a long-term lease.
Earlier this year, Central Europe Property Fund II bought a1.5-million-sf logistics park located three miles south of Praguein the Czech Republic for $120 million. It also is involved in ajoint venture to develop supermarket-anchored retail centers inPoland.
