He says it chose itsnew location over other potential locations for its proactivebuilding ownership, location and attractive leasing package.

The building is fully occupied by a number of other tenantsincluding AAA Data and Networking, the Bil Ray Group, InternationalMachine Resource, Control Technology Group and Body & BeyondFamily Wellness Center. Lease rates for this deal were notavailable, but the average asking rent for flex space in the arearanges from $7 to $10 per sf.
