The building, currently under construction, totals approximately66,000 sf. John Boyd, Paul Hoge and John Gordy of SignatureAssociates brokered the deal on behalf of the developer, EtkinEquities.

Signature also negotiated a smaller, unrelated deal for thesublease of 2,880 sf located at 2600 Auburn in Auburn Hills. KrisPawlowski, Garrett Keais, and Guy Scavone II of Signature brokeredthe deal on behalf of both the landlord, HJM Enterprises and thetenant, Pulte Homes of Michigan. This location will serve asanother satellite location for Pulte.

In nearby Orion Township, Grubb & Ellis negotiated the leaseof 42,343 sf of industrial space in to Newco, Inc. of Auburn Hills.The property, owned by 101 Ellen Drive, L.L.C., a subsidiary ofJacob Properties of Troy, was a new speculative building. Grubb& Ellis team members Dan Labes, Geoff Hill, Chuck Ginster andJon Savoy represented the owner.
