Developer Realty Capital Partners' Hidden Lakes Center willconsist of eight buildings with 24,000 sf of retail space andrestaurant pad sites and the balance built out in structuresaveraging 5,000 sf for general and medical office use. Thebuild-out is estimated to take four years for the corner of DavisBoulevard and Bear Creek Parkway in Keller.
A Realty Capital spokeswoman says the general contractor andlandscape architect has yet to be selected. But, the design isunderway by CNK Associates Inc. of Grand Prairie.
Realty Capital Partners, headquartered in nearby Colleyville, isa recognized niche developer of suburban retail and office space,tailoring the designs to smaller users. Currently on the drawingboard are two more projects for Colleyville and one planned forColorado Springs, CO.
