The Condo Store sold 108 homes in Tampa's Siena Villas for anestimated $12 million in less than six months and then sold all ofthe 140 homes in the first phase of Madison in St. Petersburg, FL,valued at an estimated $15 million, in less than 90 days.
At the 308-unit Audbon Condominiums at Feather Sound, the CondoStore has 60% of that project sold. And in nearby Sarasota, FL, 150of the 187 condos at the Broadway Promenade have beenpurchased.
Now the Tampa division of the Condo Store has only three condosleft to sell at the 336-unit ParkCrest Harbour Island development.The estimated $25 million in sales were rung up in 60 days with 90of the sales registering in the first 36 hours of the sale.
