Other tenants setting up shop in tollway oases are TropicanaSmoothies, Juices and More and Travel Mart. Fifth Third Bank alsois installing automatic teller machines in the renovated reststops, a project being done by Wilton Partners and ExxonMobil.

The seven oases were built between 1958 and 1975. Next to reopenby the end of the year are the Hinsdale oasis over the Tri-StateTollway and DeKalb oasis over the Ronald Reagan MemorialTollway.The 51,000-sf oases are larger, with 30-foot ceilings. Theredesign oases also offer more of a view of the tollway. McHughConstruction is the contractor, Knight E/A is the engineer andCordogan, Clark & Associates is the architect.
