EAST LANSING, MI-A 10-unit multifamily rental community in East Lansing has been sold for $1,325,000. The Burcham – Alton Townhomes are licensed for use by up to 30 students.

The complex is not far from Michigan State University, and is located at the corner of Burcham and Alton. The property was recently completely renovated and is pre-leased for the 2004-05 school year. The seller was CLD Management, LLC of Okemos. The buyer was AMA Investments – Spartan, LLC of Livonia.

The transaction was brokered by Jeff Blanton of the Detroit office of Hendricks & Partners. Hendricks & Partners is the nation’s largest advisory firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.
