CB Richard Ellis' Jackie Pinyan-Durels and Kenneth Nordstromarranged the sublease transaction on behalf of the Richman Group.Quebecor World (USA) Inc., a major commercial printing firm put thespace on the sublease market last year after relocating employeesto other locations in Connecticut and New York State. Cushman &Wakefield represented Quebecor in the sublease deal.

"After carefully researching the market, we were able toidentify the Quebecor sublease opportunity as both a creative andcost efficient location and one that met all of our client'srequirements," says Pinyan-Durels.

The Richman Group will occupy the entire first and third floorsof the 330 Pemberwick Road building, which totals approximately28,000 sf. The company has developed more than 8,000 units ofresidential housing across the US and manages nearly 100 propertiestotaling approximately 12,000 apartments. The firm has sponsored orstructured real estate funds that have acquired more than 500properties in 47 states.
