GILBERT, AZ-A Mesa-based general contractor has signed a three-year lease, worth $159,660, for a 5,984-sf industrial building at Fiesta Ranch Commerce Center. The deal comes with specific space-related amenities key to the tenant’s business.

“They were particularly drawn the building’s new construction. And, the fact that it had a fenced yard was important,” Marc Pierce of Lee & Associates in Phoenix tells GlobeSt.com about 1457 W. Harbor Dr. in Gilbert. Longbow Construction Inc. signed a deal for about 75 cents per sf gross with owner Harbor Building LLC of Mesa, which completed the building and an 11,968-sf abutting building earlier this year in the 51-acre Fiesta Ranch park, positioned a mile south of US Highway 60.

Gilbert-based Payne Resources started developing Fiesta Ranch in 2001. Pierce represented both parties in the transaction.
