Longbow Construction Inc. signed a deal forabout 75 cents per sf gross with owner Harbor Building LLC of Mesa,which completed the building and an 11,968-sf abutting buildingearlier this year in the 51-acre Fiesta Ranch park, positioned amile south of US Highway 60.

Gilbert-based Payne Resources started developing Fiesta Ranch in2001. Pierce represented both parties in the transaction.
