Lease rates for this deal were not available but the averageasking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf. Thethree-story, 66,000 sf office building is located at theintersection of Route 95 and Route 128. Other tenants in thebuilding include Kinkisharyo International LLC and Siemens BusinessServices.

Canton's office market took a hit recently as its overallavailability rate shot up from nearly 5% in January to nearly 31%in April, according to Trammell Crow Co.'s most recent statistics.The city's absorption rate was a negative 282,400 sf in the timeperiod.
