The six-floor, 33,000-sf property is located in the city'sSeaport District. The building, constructed in the early 1900s andrenovated in 1985, is owned by the Boston Wharf Co. Lease rates forthis deal were not available, but the average asking rent foroffice space in the area is about $28 per sf. The area has anoverall availability rate of about 20%, according to Trammell CrowCo.'s most recent statistics.
