"With its proximity to I-75, the MariettaLoop and I-285, Syms Center offers Grainger outstanding access tothe company's current and prospective customers in the NorthwestAtlanta region," Zay says.

Zay says Syms Center will serve as a retail and distribution hubfor Grainger. Spectrum leases and manages nine million sf ofretail, office and industrial properties for institutional andprivate investors.
