Other lease deals reported by C&W, which is the exclusiveleasing agent for the property, were: a 7,200-sf lease by StarkBusiness Solutions, which was represented by Goldschmidt &Associates, on the 11th floor at 445 Hamilton Ave.; the law firmSeham, Seham, Meltz and Petersen LLP, represented by Ambar Realty,leased 5,570 sf on the 12th floor of at 445 Hamilton and an unnamedlocal software company leased 10,500 sf on the 11th floor of 445Hamilton Ave.
