The signing represents Salus' second outpost on the East Coast.Earlier this year, the company took space for its initial easternlocation in Short Hills, NJ, and is also expected to open afacility in New York City in the near future. Besides its homelocation in Beverly Hills, Salus operates a facility in Ohio, andis also targeting the Chicago area.
2 Executive Dr. is an 11-story, 360,000-sf office building nearI-95 here. Major tenants include Tranzact Inc., Alpharma, CouristanInc. and the US General Services Administration.
