WTH&F, GlobeSt.com is told, signed a long-term agreement atthe building after looking around at competing properties in thearea. Robert Copito and Brian McMullan of the Staubach Co.represented WTH&F, while Mike Ellis of Jones Lang LaSalle stoodin for the property owner. Financial terms of the deal have notbeen disclosed, but Jones Lang LaSalle markets the space at about$28.50 per sf.

Greensboro II was developed in 2000 and sports class A officespace spread out among 10 floors, four of which will be taken overalmost completely by WTH&F. "This is very important news forour firm and fulfills our desire to prosper and expand in a TysonsCorner location--now in class A office space," WTH&F managingpartner Robert Watt says. Among the law firm's neighbor atGreensboro II will be American Women in Radio & TelevisionInc., Crestline Hotels & Resorts, and retail real estatedeveloper The Rappaport Cos. WTH&F plans to move into its newdigs this fall.
