Plans for 3030 Aventura, as the asset dubbed, call for 45 unitsin seven floors. The units will include bay lofts; two-story lofts;one-bedrooms-plus-den units; and two-, three- and four-bedroomflats. They are sized from 1,360 sf to 3,692 sf and are pricedbetween $460,000 and $1.4 million. The project is scheduled tobreak ground in early 2005 and completion in early 2006.

This is the first time the three partners have come together ona development. Boulanger and Rousso, however, developed HarbourCenter, a high-end commercial project in Aventura.

Natalie Bruzzone, director of sales for 3030 Aventura, says theproject is targeting mainly families but should attract a broadspectrum of buyers, since there is strong demand for residences inthe area. "It's geared toward families looking for a new home orpeople who are looking to start a family."
