Elsewhere in the O'Hare industrial market, warehouser GarrisonCFS has leased 32,532 sf at 85 O'Leary in Bensenville while TowerRibbons & Awards leased 13,246 sf at 248 Beinoris Dr. in WoodDale. Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International vice president TheresaGleason, CCIM represented Garrison CFS in negotiations with PatMcCourt of CB Richard Ellis, who represented CenterPoint PropertiesTrust. Tim Thompson of HSA Commercial represented PrentissProperties in negotiations with Paine/Wetzel ONCOR associate DanielJ. Benassi, who represented Tower Ribbons & Awards.
