Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International vice president TheresaGleason, CCIM represented Garrison CFS in negotiations with PatMcCourt of CB Richard Ellis, who represented CenterPoint PropertiesTrust. Tim Thompson of HSA Commercial represented PrentissProperties in negotiations with Paine/Wetzel ONCOR associate DanielJ. Benassi, who represented Tower Ribbons & Awards.
