In the five deals:I.S. Foods Inc. hasexpanded its corporate headquarters from 1,928 sf to a total of3,573 sf. I.S. Foods represented itself. Its 13-month leaseexpansion, at $9.07 per sf, is worth $17,503;Abba Consultants, atelemarketing company, represented itself as well in a renewal ofits 2,558-sf lease. The 36-month lease, at $19.12 per sf, is valuedat $152,674;Kraynak Office Machines has signed a lease for 1,928 sfin a relocation of its headquarters from southeast Fort Lauderdale.Kraynak, too, represented itself in the 39-month lease, which at$13 per sf, is worth $80,153;ENER1 Inc., an R&D company, leased1,720 sf. Barry Podolsky of Podolsky & Associates representedthe tenant. The 12-month lease, at $13 per sf, is valued at$22,359; andVerizon Select Services inked a 1,645-sf lease for 36months. Sky Grodin of Cushman & Wakefield of Floridarepresented Verizon Select Services. At $13 per sf, the lease has avalue of $61,014.
