It also contains a message board, building security and safetyguidelines, facility rules and regulations, and key contacts forproperty management and maintenance personnel. At the same time,the local information feature enables property managers to createemail templates and custom email databases to send up-to-the-minuteinformation to each tenant in a particular building or group ofbuildings. During the recent high winds and flood-alerts in someareas, a property manager used the local information page to warntenants of a potential emergency and keep them current on thenews.

A service request feature in the e-Tenants program handles morethan 75% of all tenant work orders and provides instant updatesuntil they have been completed. All Brandywine building mechanicsutilize a two-way pager that gives them full control of the servicerequest process, says Barbara Yamarick, SVP of tenant services andadministration for Brandywine.

The e-Tenants program also offers online access to a 24/7concierge service, and discounted products and services from morethan 40 supplier partners that provide everything from same-daycourier service to the ability to purchase office furniture.
