In the largest deal, Wessel Fragrances Inc. of Englewood, NJsigned a long-term lease for 55,000 sf of distribution space at 50Furler St. in Totowa, NJ. Colliers Houston repped the owner of thebuilding, D&R Associates, while Dan Brown of TRS Associates,Rochelle Park, NJ, spoke for the tenant.

Weinberg and Turse, meanwhile, represented Owens Drive Corp. inthe sale of their 22,500-sf light industrial building at 10 OwensDr. in Wayne, NJ. The buyer, Rigid Paper Tube of Paterson, NJ, wasrepped by Jeff Rosenberg and Rick Dandrow of CB Richard Ellis,Saddle Brook, NJ. The deal marks an expansion move by thebuyer.

The Colliers Houston trio also acted on behalf of building ownerMasswood Brothers Realty Inc. in the signing of a 20,000-sf leaseat 70 Maltese Dr. Fit-Rite Body Parks Inc., a replacement autoparts business, will occupy about one-quarter of the 81,000-sfbuilding.
