Terry Lowrey, Cawley Wilcox Cos.' senior vice president ofdevelopment, has teamed with Brad Camp, president of Dallas-basedWestwood Management, for the venture. Lowrey is president and Camp,chairman and majority owner.

"What brought us together," Lowrey tells GlobeSt.com, "was hisland component." Camp owns several tracts in Frisco zoned foroffice and retail build-out. And, now he and Lowrey are searchingthe market to beef up the land portfolio, looking hard along theDallas North Tollway, and talking to clients about spec developmentprospects.

"Creststone won't do any spec on its own," Lowrey says, "but wewill do spec for a client. I'd like to have something undercontract this year. I think that's doable." The first-year goal isto land one to three projects.
