According to Montgomery County records, the 17-year-oldproperty, which is located on a 10-acre parcel off Rte. 124 at18250 Flower Hill Way, has a current assessed value of $8 million.Other tenants at the property include Blockbuster, Crestar Bank,Domino's Pizza and games club Other Realms. Speaking toGlobeSt.com, Hill explains that what prompted the owner torefinance was the desire to "just to take advantage of theinterest-rate environment."
