They nearly triple the space for their design/manufacturingcenter, now located in a 10,500-sf facility. The Philadelphiaoffice of Colliers L&A negotiated the transaction.

Colliers also negotiated the sale of a 22,365-sf industrialproperty on one acre in the Bridgewater Industrial Park in nearbyBensalem, PA. The seller is Charles L. Biggs. The Ralph W. Murphyand John B. Hamblin Partnership pays $759,000 for the building. Thepartnership manufactures dust collectors and will relocate itsproduction operations to the new facility, increasing itsmanufacturing staff by approximately 15 people. The building has20-foot clear ceilings, two drive-in doors, and two tailgates.
